Cue That Violin Piece That Sounds Like Bees

So, last week was very busy.  And, it looks as though this week may be nearly as stuffed as well.  As a result I didn't get much writing done.  I did fit in a little bit of graphics work, since that seems to require less concentration and ambiance for me to accomplish.  This week, however, a good part of the busy is hopefully to be due to writing time.

Some recaps of the week...

Mario Batali is a fun and smart guy.  I love his fashion sense.   While he may not be some designers' first choice to showcase their latest, hippest designs, he has this confidence and comfort in what he wears that I envy.  It suits him and I want to learn from him - from his cooking and from his approach to life.  His opinions on the family dinner table made me yearn to get crackin' on starting my own family.  Simply touching.  Simply delightful.

...Now simply craving spaghetti with tomato & basil sauce...

Worked with one of my favorite production companies and many of their wonderful crew.  My opinion mattered.  I was constantly included and welcomed.  While I strive to work my best, these things seem to make my best even better and easier.  Oh, and I got an enthusiastic hug from the asst. supervisor.  I'm not typically a big hugger outside of my closest peoples, but it was so fun, I couldn't help but be caught up in the moment as well.  Lovely gig.

The husband had some extra aches and I'm having to insist he see a dentist.  I understand the pangs of such a visit, but I can't stand to see him hurt so much over such a duration either.  Here's hoping it's as pain free a fix as possible.

I'm sure there's more to go over, things that would be more interesting for people to read besides the basic happenings of my little world.  If my memory grabs them, I'll pop them up here.  Otherwise, this will just have to do.  If it is attractive to people, great.  If it is not... at least I'm enjoying doing it and hopefully harming nobody in the process.  Especially, badgers.  Someone needs to stick up for the badgers.

For those few who may be reading, as always...

Thank you for indulging... (me).
