Countdown 5 Days (The "B" Beta Deadline)

Hoo boy, it's getting tight isn't it?

Well, that's okay, because I've made absolutely excellent progress.  I struggled with a couple of scenes there, but once I got through them, I was on a spree again.  Let's hope that tomorrow's long work day (which I'm grateful for in these harsh employment times) doesn't impede its continuation too much.

One other quick thing before I post The "B" Beta Deadline report, though...

My fledgeling gardenia houseplant sprouted its first full bloom yesterday!  For days and days it was just this lonely green bulb.  I checked it Saturday night, and there it still was, a green bulb.  Then, on Sunday morning, while gathering together the dirty laundry to wash, I smelled it.  It's scent was incredible!  Intense, but not overwhelming.  Just like the pretty little bloom itself.  I was ecstatic!

Anyways, on to the real show!  Now, pay attention, because the page and word count are real eye catchers.

32 chapters completed
(chapters 33, 34, 36, 38, 39 & 40* more partially done)
123,231 words
326 pages (single spaced)

That's right.  Since my last update, I've added two full chapters, almost ten thousand words, and twenty-one pages.  And this wasn't filler.  It's all lead up towards the hectic rise to the climax.  We're near the endgame, ya'll.  Woot!
